IPAC for Construction (Crash Course)

This crash course on Infection Prevention and Control in Healthcare Construction is ideal for members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team that need an high-level overview or refresher on IPAC in Construction, Renovation and Maintenance in Health Care Spaces. It provides a high-level overview of essential practices and protocols, covering the risks of construction-related infections and key IPAC measures for contractors in healthcare settings. Participants will learn about the role of IPAC in construction, renovation, and maintenance activities, and get introduced to the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) process, including IPAC Consulting’s ICRA tool, in line with CSA 317.13.22 standards.
